Grid type

Words follow shared edges on 3–6-sided grids. Strips connect only at their two ends along a single route.

Tile arrangement

Arrangement

Shapes keep the selected grid’s connections. Strips form one end-to-end chain: outline shapes close into loops, while Full board, Winding path, Spiral and colour routes stay open. Branching colour areas follow one route only. The eyedropper follows only the connected colour beneath your tap. Tiles outside the arrangement are hidden and unavailable. Applying clears generated words and mines; regenerate them afterwards. Undo restores the previous layout.

Use two curved sides for each tile. Keeps the selected grid’s letter connections.

Changing type or precision creates a new grid. Undo restores your previous cells. Zoom the board for fine detail.

Set Letter depth and use Preview / edit layer to author each replacement. Letters change in place without digging down.

After the last letter layer

Random refills remain playable. Refills do not trigger automatic cascades.

Preview / edit layer

Used letters dig down to the next layer; the last layer leaves bedrock. Connect exposed neighbours at the same depth or one level apart. Enclosed groups at any depth drop to the shallowest surrounding trench. Newly exposed dictionary words of at least 3 letters clear automatically for ×2, ×3 and higher stack bonuses. Every stack stays connected to tiles revealed by your original word and their immediate neighbours; it cannot spread outward. Overlapping matches resolve longest first. Select a word list to enable cascades.

Picture reveal

Surround reveals a whole enclosed region by one level. Reduce by layer clears one level only inside each tile used in an accepted word; enclosed unused tiles stay obscured. Choose enough letter layers to clear your difficulty levels, or use the reusable surface.

Unused tiles fully opaque

Hide the picture beneath untouched tiles. Used or lowered tiles follow the opacity setting below. Saved with the puzzle.

Tile movement after words

Magnetic pull follows the weighted position of newly removed tiles; centred removals keep the previous direction. Fills gaps after the final letter layer is used. Classic reusable tiles are consumed in this mode. Tiles must fit without rotating and cannot pass through solid neighbours. Random refills do not leave gaps. Movement is inactive in Minesweeper. Reduced-motion devices settle instantly.

Word hints are unlimited. Each hint focuses and briefly highlights the first playable word in the suggested sequence, then automatically submits it. Hint use is counted separately for each player and shown at puzzle completion.
